Italian spices are very important and have many uses:

  • They enhance the taste and aroma
  • Influence the consistency of dishes
  •  improve the appearance of dishes

We can add them to practically all dishes, both meat and vegetarian.

They fit best with dishes of Italian origin.

  • Extending the shelf life of products
  • Adding flavors
  • Enhancing aroma

Spices are added to all dishes here, but there aren’t as many as in Italian cuisine. Instead, spices like pepper and salt are commonly used.

Conculsion

Comparing these two types of cuisines, one can conclude that Italians use more spices that originate from their region. In Poland, however, spices imported from other countries are used.
